Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
You received the wrong product
The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
The product is significantly different from what was described
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return Request Timeframe
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot accept return or exchange requests.
Return Process
Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email with your Order Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return.
Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.
Once approved, send the product back to our Multan warehouse at your expense (unless the return is due to an error on our part).
After inspection, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on your preference.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds are only issued via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used or opened instruments
Items that were damaged after delivery due to mishandling
Customized or made-to-order items
Clearance or discounted products
Packaging Guidelines
All returned items must be:
In original, undamaged packaging
With all accessories and documentation included
Packed securely to avoid damage in transit
