 USAGE

Mainly used in bases and lining of cavity.

PROCEDURE

Mixing it on the glass plate with an agate or plastic spatula.

Environment of mixing: using at the temperature of 232℃ and at the relative humidity of 50±5 percent recommended. If using it at higher temperature, its set procedure will be fastened and its work time will be decreased. If using it at warmer area, please use a cooler glass plate.

The proportion of powder to liquid is 2.0g:1.0g.

The proportion of powder to liquid for test is 2.0g: 1.0g. Test at the temperature of 232℃ and at the relative humidity of 505% in accordance with ISO 9917-1:2007.

Permeation rate of powder/liquid:

When mixing, first shake the powder in a glass bottle loose, secondly take out powder with a spoon to slight overfill its surface, and then strike off the excess with a spatula and pour it on a mixing paper plate. Finally set a bottle of special liquid upside down vertically, bring its mouth of the bottle about 5mm to the mixing paper plate and extrude two drops of special liquid carefully and slowly. If bubbling up, the bottle will be set upside down and tapped gently so as to allow the bubble to leave away its mouth. Divide the weighed powder into three heaps of equivalents, then put the first heap of powder into proportional liquid and mix it evenly for about 10 seconds, and put the second heap of powder into proportional liquid and mix it evenly for about 15 seconds, then put the last heap of powder into proportional liquid and mix it thoroughly.

Mixing time: accomplish the whole mixing procedure within 60 seconds.

Work time: accomplish at 90 seconds after commencement of mixing of the material.

Before using, you must dispose of the facing and prosthesis tissue surface by cleaning, disinfecting and drying. It must not be re-polluted by saliva.

Post treatment: after filling and fixing, remove the excess material with a wet cotton wool and trim at 24h after setting immediately.

CAUTIONS

Don’t use metallic spatula or else, it would change the cement liquid color.

In order to avoid the influence on its properties, please wring the lid of bottle tightly at once after using it.

WARNING

Prevent it splash into your eye. If it splash into your eye, rinse your eye with plenty of clean water at once, and then see a doctor.
