Septodont Lignospan-O Anaesthetic Ointment.  Topical anesthetics may be applied to the skin to relieve pain caused by sunburn or other minor burns, I or before dressing changes when wounds are extensive.  Do not use this product for children younger than 2 years due to risk of serious side effects. Although its application is beneficial for reducing patient discomfort during the initial phase of local anesthetic administration.  It may be a disadvantage in children if the taste is disagreeable to the patient.
